All services are carried out based on the project scope and agreement between the client and Hasnat Global LLC.

3. Project Initiation & Communication

  • Work will begin only after receiving necessary project details and initial payment (if applicable).

  • All communication regarding revisions, updates, and approvals must be made through our official communication channels or email at sabbirshanto09@gmail.com.

  • Delay in response from the client may extend the project timeline.

4. Payments & Billing

  • All invoices must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.

  • Advance or milestone payments are non-refundable once work has started.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of service delivery.

5. Revisions & Modifications

  • Each service includes a specific number of revisions based on the selected package.

  • Any additional revisions, changes in project scope, or new feature requests will be billed separately.

  • Major redesign or redevelopment after approval will be considered a new project or add-on service.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth service delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information, content, and access credentials (if required)

  • Review and approve work within agreed timelines

  • Not request unlawful, harmful, or copyright-infringing content or actions

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All designs, code, and creative works remain the property of Hasnat Global LLC until full payment is received.

  • After payment is completed, ownership rights (excluding our core development frameworks and internal tools) will be transferred to the client.

  • We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or marketing material unless a confidentiality agreement is requested in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Hasnat Global LLC is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of delivered work, third-party integration issues, hosting failures, or external platform policies.

  • We do not guarantee instant ranking results or sales growth from SEO or marketing services, as these depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

9. Confidentiality

  • All client data, business information, and project files are handled with full confidentiality.

  • Login credentials and sensitive data shared for project execution will be kept secure and used strictly for service-related tasks.

10. Service Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if:

  • The client engages in abusive or unprofessional communication.

  • Payments are delayed or violated.

  • The client requests illegal or unethical actions.

11. Refund Policy

  • Payments made for digital services, design, or development work are non-refundable once work has started.

  • In case of project cancellation requested by the client after initiation, only the portion of work not yet started may be considered for partial evaluation (subject to company discretion).

12. Updates to Terms

Hasnat Global LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services confirms your acceptance of the updated terms.
